Felsige Steilküste am Nordkapp-Fernblick-Horizont-Norwegen | Das Bild zeigt das Nordkap (norwegisch: Nordkapp), ein bekanntes Schieferplateau in Nordnorwegen. Es liegt auf der Insel Magerøya und ragt etwa 300 Meter steil aus dem Nordpolarmeer (Barentssee) empor. Das Nordkap gilt als der nördlichste über Straßen erreichbare Punkt Europas. Die Landzunge Knivskjellodden auf derselben Insel liegt geografisch noch etwas nördlicher, ist aber nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort ist eine bedeutende touristische Sehenswürdigkeit, die für ihre atemberaubende Aussicht und die Mitternachtssonne im Sommer bekannt ist.
